NY Sales Tax

If the shipping addresses are within the State of New York, all purchases are subjected to NY Sales Tax.

If you are a reseller, you may contact us to request a ST-120 form. A completed ST-120 form must be submitted along with a copy of the State Resale Certificate of Aurthority.

Submission without a copy of the State Resale Certificate of Aurthority will be sbujected to sales tax.  You must submit all necessary tax-exempt information prior to ordering.  Sales tax will not be refunded if you submit tax-exempt information after ordering.
